1. Who We Are

The website is operated by Cash For Junk Cars YEG, a business based in Edmonton, Alberta.

2. Quotes and Offers

Every quote is based on the information you provide, including the vehicle's year, make, model, condition, missing parts and location.

We honour the quote if the vehicle matches your description at pickup. If it's materially different, such as a missing catalytic converter, missing wheels or damage you didn't mention, we may offer a revised price, which you can accept or decline at no charge.

Quotes are valid for 7 days because metal and parts prices change.

A quote becomes a sale only when both parties sign the bill of sale.

3. Seller Requirements

You must be at least 18 and the registered owner of the vehicle, or legally authorized to sell it.

You must show original, valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership.

Any lien must be cleared before or as part of the sale.

We may decline any vehicle, including one whose ownership can't be verified.

4. Pickup

Free towing applies within the service area listed on the website. Locations outside it must be confirmed before booking.

You're responsible for giving us legal, safe access to the vehicle, including permission from a landlord, condo board, employer, tow yard or storage facility where needed.

Remove personal belongings and licence plates before loading. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Pickup times are estimates and can change due to weather, traffic or other jobs. We'll tell you if we're running late.

5. Payment

We pay at pickup by e-transfer or another traceable method, before the vehicle is loaded, in line with Alberta's rules for scrap metal and recycling transactions.
